Shipping policy

  1. Intellivsion.Ecom provides free shipping and returns on the purchase of all the items within India.
  2. We are delivering pan India.
  3. The product is dispatched within 24-56 hours from the date of the purchase and is expected to reach the customer within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  4. The shipping policy is applicable for items ‘In stock’ only.
  5. Please note that we accept Cash on Delivery for maximum amount of INR 9,999/-

Important Points and Shipping Policy

  • A ₹200 shipping charge will be applicable for every return or exchange request. This charge covers the return and exchange logistics. If you need to return or exchange a product multiple times, the applicable to and fro shipping charges will be charged for each subsequent request.
  • In case of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
